Cellular Automata Research Platform

The Cellular Automata Research Platform: Revised, Rebuilt and Enhanced is my master's thesis written at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. It details the implementation of an FPGA-based platform optimized for bio-inspired computing research using Cellular Automata in combination with artificial evolution and development.

Barricelli

Barricelli is the name of a specialized genetic algorithms computer designed and built by 10 students at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. It is a computer designed to quickly find good approximations to hard problems using a custom-made hardware-accelerated generic genetic algorithm solver.

AVR32 Microcontroller Project

A three-man project for the STK1000 development board which features an AVR32 microcontroller, in three parts:

- A LED and button demo written in assembly
- A MIDI player written in C
- A game written in C for Linux with custom drivers for LEDs and buttons

DragonPack

DragonPack is a set of software tools for Dungeons and Dragons. It includes a self-calculating character sheet and a health tracker.

Emo*

A Brainfuck-like programming language where the code looks like smileys. This is a modified version of the already existing Emo.
